"I would like to start out by saying, we called with the full intent of cutting down our beloved but diseased enormous maple tree. We were encouraged not to cut it down but provide several points of trimming/pruning/shaping and fungicidal treatments to continue to love our maple for more years to come. I want to SHOUT OUT LOUD, ( 5 stars isn't enough!!), how very satisfied we were with Appalachian Tree Fellers. We were so very pleased with the work that they did at our home. The care that they took to preserve our newly mulched landscaping was impeccable. I expected to incur some damage due to falling limbs, but they were extremely professional in lowering heavier branches down to the ground and my flowerbeds which were full of new flowering plants were remarkably, completely undisturbed. Some lighter limbs fell as expected, but nothing was destroyed. The fellas were courteous and went above and beyond what we expected! We chose them for their advice and knowledge of trees... Some bids did come in a bit lower in cost (and some came in higher) but we feel the health of our diseased maple tree has been extended for our grandchildren to enjoy! Our concerns of the large limbs on the tree being close to the house were addressed, and a solution was provided. We cant express enough our appreciation for the time they took to explain the health needs of our tree! And an added bonus, it was amazing to watch them work with ropes/harnesses and no ladders.... and do the job with extreme professionalism. I would recommend them over and over!!!"
